What data, and why

The data you send me by email: your name, your email address and whatever you tell me about the job (dates, subject, documents or texts). I use them only to reply, prepare a quote and do the work. The legal basis is your consent when you write to me and, if you hire me, the performance of that assignment. As a sworn interpreter I am also bound by professional secrecy.

How long

For as long as the service lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by legal and tax obligations.

Who it is shared with

No one, unless required by law. The website is hosted on a server in the European Union.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to frau@fraufrautranslates.com. If you believe they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
